If your makeup product arrives damaged, broken, or defective, please contact us at press@wetnwildbeautysale.com within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the damaged/defective item and your order number, and we will promptly arrange a replacement (if available) or a full refund.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used beauty and makeup products, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Unused, unopened products in their original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

Once we receive and inspect your returned makeup product (which must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging), we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
